Homelessness

Most of the time I've not been homeless, I've been "marginally housed" in ways that lack certain essential amenity.

• 19
• yurt days
• pre-Northfield st homelessness
• commercial space, lived at work (no kitchen or shower)
• 2021 - lived in car for 9 months
• now again homeless for the last few months…

It makes life... "interesting" ...but, well, it's rather tiresome. And regardless of my personal preferences, being homeless makes it very difficult to do my work.

Sharing my story

I'm interested in using my story as a tool for change. The systems are so bad, horrendous, really, and the solutions are so simple.

The journey's not over…

What I personally need in order to heal is so simple, yet unavailable, so my condition exacerbates and worsens, and has me in a bit of a crisis. I could certainly use some help.

Most upsetting is lacking ammenity to do my work.
